Segmentation fault (core dump)

Hi!

When using shared file with comas instead of \t, mothur gives a segmentation fault error and shut down.

otu.association(shared=microprok657.shared, method=spearman, cutoff=0.05)

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Haven’t tried on other than otu.association commands.

Hi - the shared file requires tabs, not commas, to separate columns.
