filter.shared - Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Hi,

I tried every option, from minpercent to minpercentsamples, with the current version 1.35 (Mothur.cen_64.noReadLine) and everytime I get the “Segmentation fault (core dumped)” message.

e.g.

filter.shared(shared=final.abund.fn.shared, minpercent=10, label=0.03)

I could find only two post in this forum with the same error message, but none in combination with the filter.shared command.
