Hi all.
Im working a MiSeq SOP tutorial and can get as far as “filter.seqs(…)”; I dont think the exact point in the tutorial is the problem as it used to crash earlier when i was still quite slow at entering the commands) and Mothur stops working. Specifically, the message reads “Mothur.exe has stopped working. A problem has caused this program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you of a solution if one is available”.
I have tried deleting all files and reinstalling but its the same fail point each time. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice on getting around it?
