catchall stopping after first sample of the group

I am running mothur on Windows (7). I downloaded catchall and renamed it CatchAllcmdW.exe.
When I go for catchall(), a window for ‘catchall program’ pops up, and an csv excel file appears in mothur folder (which is probably an input for catchall). This input file is only for the first sample of my group file. How can I get input files for all other samples?
