where is the HMP_MOCK.v35.align file?

Hi,all! :slight_smile:
I met a problem when I ran the fliter.seqs command. Under the 454-SOP, it provied a command like this:filter.seqs(fasta=HMP_MOCK.v35.align, hard=W7.filter), I found that I did not have the HMP_MOCK.v35.align file. I knew it’s a easy question, someone who can tell me how can I find the HMP_MOCK.v35.align file?

It’s in the folder with the example data from the 454 SOP.
