Does someone have a reference database for the HM-782D mock community?
Or explain how to curate it for use? Download reads from ncbi… and then?

I can’t remember if it’s the same mock as we are using, but you can find a fasta version of the sequences at https://github.com/SchlossLab/Kozich_MiSeqSOP_AEM_2013/blob/master/data/references/HMP_MOCK.fasta. If nothing else, that should help get you started.
