Mock community sequence reference alignment

Hi,

In the 454 SOP there is reference to a sequence alignment for the HMP mock community v35 for the error analysis. Is there an alignment available anywhere for HMP v 5.1L (HM-782D)? Or will I need to make one myself using sequences downloaded from NCBI.
