Using mothur output file in Maaslin2

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to format a mothur biom file or other output file to be compatible with Maaslin2 which requires a feature abundance table txt file with taxa as columns and samples as rows. If so what would be the best way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello!

I am doing it, but in R studio. You need to edit the file to fit MaAsLin2 requirement and run it from there.

Best of success

Do you have OTUs instead of taxa as columns?

Hello!

I transformed the file to get taxa instead of OUT number.
