Hello,
I have used the following mothur script:
make.biom(shared=BA_rdp.unique.subsample.shared, constaxonomy=BA_rdp.cons.taxonomy)
I was hoping to get a biom table lookit like this:
OTUS Taxonomy Sample1 Sample2 Sample3
OTU1 Archaea 5 0 1
OTU2 Bacteria 1000 2 3
OTU3 Archaea 40 100 50
However, the script above only provides the OTUs column and sample columns. Is there a way to do this aside from R magic?
Thanks and have a happy new year!
