Unable to open list file

Dear sir/madam,
I am getting error that list file cannot be open and trying default error.
Please check the error. I am also attaching links for the file.

from the folder where you are running mothur, can you ls -lh your list file? Usually this error is because you aren’t where you think your are or your file isn’t where you think it is.
