segmentation fault

Hi

I’ve been running mothur 1.13 on a ubuntu 64-bit machine successfully for some time now. I’ve since installed it on another, more powerful machine and have run into and error. the error occurs when I try to run screen.seqs (i’ve successfully run align, summary, etc). The error is as follows:

tragus:09568] *** Process received signal ***

I’m running this installation on ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS, 64-bit, with dual quad-core processors and 48Gb RAM.

Any suggestions as to the cause of the error and potential fixes would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Andrew
