screen.seqs for mothur

Hi,

I am having a trouble with screen.seqs command of mothur. I have compiled mothur source code (v1.13) with MPI enabled on my MacOSX. When I execute the following command:

screen.seqs(fasta=test_1.qc.noproblem.nochimera.noeukaryota.align,minlength=409,start=37808)


I get following error:

p0_29898: p4_error: interrupt SIGSEGV: 11

Is there any way to get around this issue? Thank you in advance.
