Pre.cluster hangs in 1.41.0

Version 1.41.0 Mac_64

Pre.cluster hangs at final stage and does not create count_table.

Have run same data with v1.40.5 and pre.cluster runs correctly

The files are too big to e-mail. The fasta file is 920MB and the count_table 466 MB. Any other way to get them to you?

Can you compress them and send them with Google Drive?

Have run a smaller dataset which encountered the same problem and e-mail those files to mothur.bugs
