Pre.cluster crash ITS2

I have ~200 fungal samples that I’m trying to run through my ITS batch. I’ve used my batch with 1.41.1 on a smaller dataset so think it should work. 2x I’ve gotten to pre.cluster and mothur has crashed after seeming to precluster all the samples. I’ll send my logfile to see if you can help.

Does 1.41.3 solve the problem?

The server guy just got it updated and I’ve restarted my batch, won’t know till tomorrow if it works.

nope still hung. I had restarted just before pre.cluster, I’m going to restart from make.contigs
