Dist.shared hangs in 41.1

I’m running my fungal batch on ~1200 samples. it took 7hrs to go through make.contigs - start of dist.shared, now it’s been 18hrs on just that step so I assume it’s hung. I tried restarting in 1.39.5 and the dist completed in less than an hour.

I’ll email the logfiles since they’re huge. The shared is also huge 94MB because 41k otus.

Could you compress and send the shared file to mothur.bugs@gmail.com?

do you have access to globus? I can transfer the shared that way if you all have it

I don’t. Could you send it with google drive?
