collect.shared() crash

I have a file with about 330 sequences - just testing some stuff right now and am trying to generate collectors curves - I set freq=10 and ran the program - it keeps crashing after about 30 values have been generated. The files cut out at about 0.0186 (distance). This is with the latest version of mothur (1.9).

Sorry, my previous post was to the wrong question :|. Could you send us the shared file you are trying to analyze? This isn’t a command that has gotten a lot of use, so it’s possible there are bugs. Also, are you sure you mean to use collect.shared and not collect.single?
