make.sra segmentation fault

Hello, on the last version of mothur (1.39), I reached a segmentation fault when I run make.sra during the xml file creation step, resulting in a truncated xml file. I first suspected a ram problem so I moved to a bigger computer (24 G of RAM) but the error still occur.

Did someone already get this error ? How did you solve it ?

Did you create the mimarks file with version 1.39.0 as well?
