Segmentation fault with pre.cluter

I am using mothur 1.46.1 version. Every time i run pre.cluster command , I get a segmentation fault error message. However, this does not seem to be a server memory or core issue. I am running them in HPC cluster nodes with enough memory.

I have two sets of data. One with V4-V5 amplification and another with V4 alone. Both ended up having the same error.
