I cannot run Makefile command at the time of installing mothur

The error is following -

From this and your other posts, I can tell you are trying to install mothur. We really can’t help you if you don’t provide any context. To build a makefile you need to write make install at the command line. Are you maybe trying to install this via conda? Then try conda install mothur
