Confidence intervals for summary.shared?

Hi all,

After checking some documentation, I found that the ThetaYC estimator had a 95% confidence interval in SONS, but I can’t find an option to calculate the confidence interval in MOTHUR. Has this been implemented and am I just missing something? Thanks!
