I get 2 additional columns (13 total) to the very right in the summary.shared output file, these guys do not have a name, means no column header. Any idea what it is? Using v 1.12.3 on windows machine.

Sorry, we just spotted this - the problem seems to be that thetayc (right?!) doesn’t have the column headings for the lower and upper confidence interval on it. So if you put those heading in, hopefully everything will line up better. It’ll be fixed in the next release.
