Classify.seqs is not running with Silva 138.2

Hi, I tried to do classify.seqs with Silva 138.2 but the command did not generate the taxonomy file. I used
reference=silva.nr_v138_2.align
taxonomy=silva.nr_v138_2.tax

and received many of the following lines:

Can you redownload the Silva data and try again?
