catchall error on linux

Hi all,

I am trying to run catchall using a host linux computer. I got an error saying:

[b]mothur > catchall()

Using final.an.shared as input file for the shared parameter.

Processing group sample1

0.015
sh: 1: mono: not found
[ERROR]: the catchall program did not run properly. Please check to make sure it is located in the same folder as your mothur executable.[/b]

The catchAllCmdL.exe is in the same folder as mothur.exe. Any ideas?

Looks like you don’t have mono installed.

What do you mean with mono ?? I got the latest version of catchall

mono is an accessory program that you need to have installed to run catchall:
