When I try to run a process in Batch or in the GUI window, I get an error that says:
[ERROR]: Could not open mothur.1578952141.logfile
I have not had this issue previously - any suggestions?

What version of mothur are you using?

Mothur will try to create the log file in the location of mothur’s executable. Do you have write permissions for mothur’s location?
