Someone could support me with this error, it does not allow me to continue when I enter the cluster command it throws me error AA does not find the sequence M01522_95_000, what can I do in this case
This error indicates a mismatch between the column and count file. There are sequences in the column file not present in the count file. This can happen if you accidentally used the wrong file fasta file with dist.seqs or a command before that. We recommend using the ‘current’ option to avoid this problem. If you post the commands you ran before the cluster command I may be able to spot the error.
Thank you very much for the advice, we ran the dist command again. seq and it was solved, as it mentions something we placed wrong.
