AAError: Sequence ‘215279’ was not found in the name or count file, please correct

Please help, I keep getting that error even if I don’t use the count tables.

Hi,

Can you rerun the preceding commands and either keep track of the names of the final version off the files or use current as the value for column, list, count, and fasta? I notice that your list file has a second unique tag in it while your column, count, and fasta file names do not.
