Count Table Error

Hey guys, I’m getting the following error when trying to run get.oturep:

[ERROR]: group M01033_11_000000000-D04GJ_1_1102_14503_8138 is not in your count table. Please correct.
Segmentation fault


However, when I check the .count_table file 'M01033_11_000000000-D04GJ_1_1102_14503_8138' is present and if I add it again artificially I get the following error:

[ERROR]: Your count table contains more than 1 sequence named ‘M01033_11_000000000-D04GJ_1_1102_14503_8138’, sequence names must be unique. Please correct.

Thank you for reporting this bug. It will be fixed in our next release. As a workaround, the get.oturep command can be run with a names file instead of a count file.
