cluster - "not in your count table"

Hello there,

I am currently trying to run the cluster command, and the following error is generated:

“MV is not in your count file - please correct”

I enter the following command:

cluster(column=stability.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.pick.dist, count=stability.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.uchime.pick.pick.count_table)

I was wondering if you could possibly assist with this error?

Many thanks,

Jo

As an update to this, I re-ran the dist.seqs command with 1 processor (as recommended in previous forum posts).

However, I get a similar error on running the cluster command:

cluster(column=stability.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.pick.dist, count=stability.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.uchime.pick.pick.count_table)

Any advice on this error would be much appreciated.

Have you confirmed that the sequence is in the count table?

Yes, the sequence is in both the count table and the fasta file.
