The windows 32 bit compile is still v1.21 from 11 Aug 2011
The windows 64 bit compile seems to be missing libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll in the compile/executable
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have uploaded new executables for the Windows versions of mothur late Wednesday. Want to give them a try and let me know how they work for you?
