Where can i download SILVA reference V111 for mothur format?

Hi everyone,
New Silva reference V111 have released. But where can we download the morthur format of Silva V111. Otherwise, how to generate the reference dataset by myself?

We’ve mentioned this elsewhere on the forum… Whenever we go through and recreate the reference subset of database, nothing changes. This is because some of the true SEED sequences used by SILVA are not public and so we don’t have access to them. Then again, if you think about it, a reference really shouldn’t change since it’s a reference and all. Our method of creating the silva.bacteria.fasta reference is on the wiki page where you download the file.
