This isn’t really a mothur program bug per say but this is the best place I could find to address my issue. I’m having issues downloading the mothur silva formatted databases from the mothur wiki page, I can only download a file from the Bacterial references and its not the actual reference files it’s a 137KB tgz archive that appears to be non-functional. For the rest of the references, when I click to download it displays the message “You must be logged in to upload files.”. Any suggestions on how to retrieve the silva 119 reference files is appreciated.
Yeah, I’m not sure who posted that but the database isn’t ready yet.
