trim.seqs error opening file

Hi,

I don’t think it’s something important, but whenever I use trim.seqs() the first line I get is:
Error opening file: No such file or directory

followed by the number of sequences and the normal output I guess; I don’t notice any apparent flaw, however.

Thanks - we’ve seen this in windows and are fixing it for the next release.
