Supplement for mothur running

Hi there,
I’ve change of server where I ran my last samples and I forgot some basic points.
Do I need to add supplements for running the studies, like vsearch, database, after installing mothur?

Hi -

You’ll need to have vsearch somewhere that mothur can see it. That should be downloaded with mothur when you get it. Any other files that you use to run mothur like the silva/rdp/gg files you will also need to recreate your working environment.
