Hi,
I just downloaded the newest version of mothur from the wiki website (http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Download_mothur) and thought that it would be very convenient if the site would also contain links to the various other files needed to run mothur and go through the SOP, i.e. lookup files, taxonomy reference files and maybe the training sets.
