stability.files

This is one of those super embarrassing question where you are stuck at the first hurdle.

Mothur can not find the stability.files, any ideas to over come this would be great!

You’re running the MiSeq SOP tutorial? Are you sure you are in the right directory?

I checked that then I realized, I’m using WIndows and I have to make sure the file extension is visible before I change it to .files.

Mothur was reading it as stability.files.txt
