Hi , everybody.
I am trying to denoise my flow files with shhh.flows. after finishing one file , i quilted mothur, cut all useless files and past the flow files which i was going to denoise with shhh.flows, and then open mothur again to denoise these flow files. however, mothur can not work any more because no memory left. This kind of situation happened to my three computers (one linux and two windows).
how could this situation happen? is there anybody having the same problem?
