Hello,
I’m just going through the MiSeq SOP with the practice data provided and when I try to input “make.contigs(file=stability.files, processors=8)” it repeatedly give me “[ERROR]: did not complete make.contigs.” Not sure where I went wrong (and it’s probably something reeeeeal basic here).
I’ve tried troubleshooting it myself but this is completely outside of my realm…please help!
