OTU and its associated sequence

I have used 454 SOP for my analysis. I am doing an analysis where I need to get the OTU and its associated sequence. With the SOP, I got the information about the OTU but the sequence information is unavailable. I need those sequence information for other analysis.

If I can get the OTU and its sequence in fasta file then that would be very helpful to me.

Hi Milind,

if I understand you correctly, then the “get.oturep” command is what you are looking for. This command will give you one representative fasta-formated sequence for each of your OTUs.
