I tried to run metastat on 20 samples, and my design file contains 4 groups.
I received an error message for each comparison: Missing shared info for Y or X. Skipping comparison.
I can't figure out what is the problem.

Does your shared file have all 20 samples? Are you positive they are the same names that appear in your design file? Perhaps you could post the second column from your shared file and the contents of your design file?

I found out that it worked with the original shared file, not the subsampled one…
