metastats command segfaults

Hi!

I just tried to use the metastats command/program in mothur, and get the below output. Googling the error just brings up something about R workspace size, it didn’t really help. I think my input files should be ok, the share file loads, and from the ‘Comparing G and W…’ message I assume it loads the design file ok, too.

On a completely different note, the evenness calculators are missing from the wiki manual it seems, I just found out about them by chance on the ver. 13 release notes. Maybe it would be good to add them for new users.

Hi

I get the exact same error with the metastats command. Have you found a solution?

This seems to be a bug on the metastats end of things and we are working with the metastats developers to find a work around.
