memory issues

Hi,

I was trying to run V3-V4 on about 700 samples. I allocate 500 GB (one node) but the program crashes with count.seqs command and the system log file seems to indicate that memory was exceeded (there is nothing in the mothur log file; so unexpected crash). How can I get around this? Thanks!
