make.contigs--Segmentation fault: 11

Hi there,

I am getting the following error when trying to run the make.contigs command. The previous files (1-17) aren’t having any issues. Not sure what to do… --Micah

“Processing file pair 7_S172_Sept_18_L001_R1_001.fastq - 7_S182_Sept_18_L001_R1_001.fastq”

These both appear to be forward files from different samples based on the file names. Could this be a typo in the file file?

7_S172_Sept_18_L001_R1_001.fastq
7_S182_Sept_18_L001_R1_001.fastq

That could very well be… will check it out–thank you!
