make.contigs, illegal instructions v 1.32.1 Linux

Hi

I tried using make.contigs with the new version, and it crashes giving me illegal instructions in the terminal window. The version before worked with this command

Actually the same version works (1.32.1), from a folder I kept from desember on another project. But not when I download it again and start over. Is it changed somehow?

Can you try version 1.33.0? Are you using the 32bit or 64bit version? Do you have readline and ncurses installed? Have you tried the noreadline version?
