I’m about to analyse a plate of FLX+ data. Will the FLX Titanium lookup file work with shh.flows or do I need a different file?

I suspect it should be ok. However… I haven’t heard anything good (and a lot bad) about the new chemistry. It’s unclear how much longer the reads are and whether the extra length gets you better data or if it’s just more junk (flows 450 to 800 by Titanium are junk). If you’re using a mock community it would be interesting to get your impression of using different number of flow cutoffs.
