Hi,
one can get a representative sequence for a given OTU, but is it possible through mothur to get the OTU for every sequence separately? We’re creating a database to store our results/sequences and it would come in handy to have this information. Is this possible using one of the existing commands using a names file, or is this to be done manually or with an external script?
