I am wondering if certain command in mothur can tell you all sequence name from one defined OTU. I know that mothur can show you how many sequences in each OTU and if using get.oturep command, we can also know the sequence name and the sequence of the representative from that OTU. What should I do if I want to know the rest sequences in that OTU? Thanks.
