Am trying something out with lefse and tried to use the pairwise parameter (as in lefse page
mothur > lefse(shared=final.subsample.shared, design=treatment.design, pairwise=T)
But I get the following
‘pairwise is not a valid parameter’
Has the pairwise option been removed and I didn’t realise?
