Lefse: no class column with more than 2 classes

Hi,
I noticed that when I run the lefse command with a design file that has only 2 classes, the output file has a column for Class. However, if I have more than 2 classes, the output file has no class column. any suggestion on how to fix this? I’m using version 1.48.0. I know there was a post about it in June, however, I still have this problem.
