Lefse no class column with more than 2 classes

Hello,

I noticed that when I run the lefse command with a design file that has only 2 classes (i.e. years 2021, 2022), the output file has a column for Class. However, if I have more than 2 classes (i.e. months may, june, july), the output file has no class column. any suggestion on how to fix this?

Can you tell me what version of mothur you are using? This should have been fixed in 1.48.0
