issues while running screen.seqs

Hi,

I am facing an issue while running screen.seqs command on one of my datasets. After the command gets executed, I get a list that says some sequences are missing from my count file. But to my wonder, those sequences are present in my count file. The log reports are as below(Is there any common email id that can be used to send the log report and the count table if required?).

mothur > screen.seqs(fasta=sample1_150bp_final_header.unique.align, count=sample1_150bp_final_header.count_table, summary=sample1_150bp_final_header.unique.summary, start=6333, end=13862, maxhomop=8)

Using 1 processors.

Could you email your logfile and input files to mothur.bugs@gmail.com?

Thanks for bringing this bug to our attention. It effects count tables that do not include group information. It will be resolved in the next release. As a work around, you can ignore the error messages and do the folllowing:

screen.seqs(fasta=sample1_150bp_final_header.unique.align, count=sample1_150bp_final_header.count_table, summary=sample1_150bp_final_header.unique.summary, start=6333, end=13862, maxhomop=8)
list.seqs(fasta=sample1_150bp_final_header.unique.good.align)
get.seqs(count=sample1_150bp_final_header.count_table, accnos=current)
